A playful approach integrating different techniques to help the student deepen their own practice by becoming aware of their whole being. Jayde encourages everyone to listen, honor & respect their bodies and the beauty that comes from within.

All are welcome as the intention is to take each and everyone wherever they are on the Yoga Journey and gently bring them to explore their own potential understanding the limitlessness that comes through the practice of Yoga. 

The focus in Pilates is to understand and practice exercising with proper structural alignment in order to correct or prevent injury. The exercises are designed to strengthen the core muscles as well as supporting the building of the entire muscular system, stretches are incorporated to release tension. Breathing awareness while exercising is taught to further empower & support all Fitness Activities.

This class takes each person wherever they are and gently bring them to their greatest potential

Rejuvenate & re-define your body as you increase flexibility & mobility

In this progressive gentle class we learn and practice the fundamentals of structural & postural alignment and proper stretching technique where all movement begins with consciously using Breath as our guide and the Core as our support system.
This is the foundation for a profoundly transformative experience that can repair our bodies while our Mind & Heart are deeply nourished, this, no matter our level of Yoga experience!
